Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Your door code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. Please reach out if you need anything before you arrive.
This property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted.
No smoking inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and any other smoking devices. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from doors and windows. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.
No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
The pool and spa are for registered guests only. No glass in or around the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool heating is available as a paid add-on — contact your host.
The spa/jacuzzi is complimentary and available at any time during your stay.
Pets are welcome. Maximum 2 pets, each under 50 lbs. A $50 per pet fee must be arranged with your host before arrival. Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside the property.
Trash pickup is on Tuesday & Friday mornings. Please put the bins out the evening before pickup and bring them back in afterward. Bins are stored on the side of the house.
Please keep the A/C set between 72°F and 78°F. Do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C is running. Contact us immediately if anything seems off with the HVAC system.
Please park in the driveway only. Do not park on the grass or block neighboring driveways. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Before you leave, please:
— Remove all personal belongings
— Load the dishwasher and start it
— Bag all trash and place in the outside bins
— Turn off all lights and fans
— Set the A/C to 76°F
— Lock all doors and windows
— Do not change the door code
